1. Houses don't sell for less because they are in a guaranteed sale program -- the "market" establishes where a house will sell.
2. GHS doesn't buy houses "below market"! If we do "buy-in" a house, we're actually buying it "above market"! We're buying it for more than anyone would offer in a 5-month period!
3. If GHS does buy a house and we are able to sell it later for a profit, the profit goes back to you!
